If you've tried to use the IRS tracking portal but couldn't see the status of your stimulus payment schedule, there's good news. The IRS has fixed its Get My Payment app to make it simplier for you to set up and track the arrival of your 2020 payment. CNET readers report that the IRS tracker website is still not perfect, but is now working better.
The IRS says it's made more than 130 million stimulus payments to eligible US residents, including transferring coronavirus economic impact checks through direct deposit to bank accounts and sending through the mail checks of up to $1,200, plus $500 for each qualifying child.
