The Model Developed Readiness Middle Management of Industrial Air Conditioning Parts in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)
This research aims to 1) study the essential elements of the model developed readiness middle management 2) develop an approach to their readiness and 3) evaluate readiness model of middle management of industrial air conditioning parts manufacturers in Small and Medium Enterprises. The Participants of this research consist of 420 of middle level executives of industrial air conditioning parts manufactures from178 factories. The research data is obtained through the interview and questionnaire methods. The statistics used to analyze the data are Mean and Standard Deviation. In addition, Multiple Regression Analysis in SPSS predictive analytics software is used to analyze relation factors that affect the success of readiness in middle management. The results reveal that the overall factors that affect the success in the model developed readiness middle management regarding the main composition of management skills and 6 aspects of management are considered high (average = 3.45) When considering each aspect, the opinions arranged by mean score are as follows. 1) The aspect of skills required for work is considered high. (average = 3.57) 2) The aspect of interpersonal roles is considered high. (average = 3.45) 3) The aspect of thinking skills is consider high. (average = 3.44) 4) The aspect of Human skills is considered high. (average = 3.43) 5) The aspect of data-related roles is considered average. (average = 3.40) 6) The aspect of decision-making is considered average. (average = 3.40) respectively The evaluation results conducted by the experts reveal that the model developed readiness middle management is satisfactory, highest level of experts’ opinion at every point compared to Mean (average = 4.54). Besides, it is practical by means of highest level of experts’ opinion at every point compared to Mean (average = 4.65).
