Abstract

Performing activities of daily living will be more effective if the people are excited about their days. Especially, some of the health-related products, the manufacturers have tried to improve and offer the extreme convenience function and design for satisfying the customer’s requirements. Recently, the average amount of water people drink has increased and the rising consumption of bottled water is one of the key factors driving the bottled water packaging market globally. A home water treatment unit is the popular choice for investing and saving cost; however, the people attempt to try ways to avoid spilling water during the filling process. Therefore, they can go through their day with a compact automatic filling machine (CAFM) proposed in this research where the basic need as drinking water can be bottled automatically and quickly in different way from the recent action that they are used to filling one by one. The proposed filling invention provides better and easy interfacing panel and multi-filling platform. It can be contributed to a slightly large-scale consumer service as canteen, school or small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for selling bottled refill water to high-income earners with less time and human labour required. Using refilled bottles can save the cost for buying new packaged drinking water, and the number of disposable plastic water bottles consumed can be reduced.
