The Solving Process of the Financial Liabilities Problems of Teachers and Education Personnel
The purposes of this research were to determine; 1) reasons solving of the financial liabilities problems of teachers and education personnel, 2) The opinion about solving of the financial liabilities problems of teachers and education personnel , and 3) the comparison on the opinion of teacher and education personnel about the reasons of the financial liabilities and debt solving. The research instruments were a Likert’s Scale quesionnaire, Delphi Thechnique. The data collected from 17 experts. The statistics used in analyzing the data were Median, Interquatile Range. For the data collected by quantitative method from 385 sample were analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, content analysis, and t-test. The findings were as follows ; 1) There were three reasons of the financial liabilities of teacher and education personnel; (1) the demand for housing and living, (2) value in education status and work promotion, economic status and social values, (3) habit in high expenses for food and vices paying. 2) The experts were consensused on the reasons of the financial liabilities of teacher and education personnel. There recommendation for debt solving were; (1) improve the salary system that fit with skill and work ability, (2) formulate independent financial organization, adequated budgeting for teacher services, public relation for debted solving process accurately, and (3) develop quality of life, improving coorperate system with Ministry of Education in debt solving, formulate finance foundation for debted solving, funded for student activities and educational quality control. 3) The opinion on the financial liabilities were rated at a high level , the financial liabilities about demand was rated at the highest level. While the opinion on debt solving was rated at a highest level, the financial liabilities about income rated at a highest level. The comparison on the opinion about the reasons of the financial liabilities when considered by gender it found out that there were no different between male and female, and also education level.
