The research instrument was a handbook and two sets of questionnaire. The statistics used were the percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for hypothesis testing. The study showed that 1) the synthesized model of project-based learning activities for integrating learning activities with academic services to communities using digital technology or a model of learning activities (6SAS) was six steps of the collaborative based learning activities between learners and communities: (1) study of contents, (2) study of communities, (3) collaborative learning with communities, (4) community services, (5) study of the best practical guideline, and (6) conclusion. 2) The results of handbook development : (1) indicated the handbook of teachers and students were a project activity learning, project proposal, achievement test, an observation form, an assessment form, , a note-taking form of field study and questionnaires (2) The efficiency of the handbook of the model regarding the standardized criteria was 83.08/84.04, and (3) The average appropriateness of the handbook of the model assessed by the experts was at the highest level. Additionally, 3) The results of implementing handbook on project-based learning activities using digital technology revealed that (1) the average post test score of the students was higher than that of pre-test score at the .01 level of the statistical significance, (2) The average appropriateness of the students’ work was at the highest level and (3) The overall satisfaction of the students with the learning model was at the highest level. 4) The average opinion of the people in community toward the academic service of the students was at the highest level and 5) The average opinion of the teachers toward the handbook of model was at a high level.
