The Relation Factor of Job Satisfaction toward to Human Relationship: Case Study Operation Employees of Suan Dusit Rajabhat University

Abstract


The objective of research studies the relation factor of job satisfaction toward to human relationship: case study the operation employees of Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. The methodology of the quantitative is regression analysis. The sampling group is collected from 345 of operation employees, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University by the questionnaires. The result presents the overall of job satisfaction in high level. After consider in each attributions, there are the satisfaction of job position, the successful of job performance, the satisfaction of income and social welfare, the progression on job performance, the respective on job performance and the satisfaction of responsibility that show result in high level as the overall satisfaction. Moreover, the overall level of human relationship on job performance shows in high level that consider from the internal personality of employees, the external personality of employees and the human relationship. Furthermore, the interpersonal characteristic; gender, age, education level and income do not effect to job satisfaction and human relationship of employee. The job satisfaction is positive with human relation in moderate level with the significant (0.05) and coefficient (0.871). The job satisfaction of employee is Linear Regression analysis with human relation on job performance with the significance (0.05), (F = 1074, p = .000). Linear Regression analysis for prediction on job satisfaction toward Human Relationship is 0.584 + 0.851 (Job satisfaction)
