The data for descriptive statistics was percentage, and ratio. The research findings were that 1) the capacity of industrial teachers’ production for 10 government universities in Thailand was 12,014 which had enough for assistant teachers’ recruitment of OVEC, 2) in the past 10 years, OVEC had recruited 898 assistant teachers in industrial education, 3) the adequacy of industrial teachers toward the ratio of industrial teachers’ recruitment of OVEC was at 13:1. The research can be concluded that the amount of industrial education teachers is adequate for the recruitment of assistant teachers in industrial education.
