Factors Affecting Successful Management of the Undergraduate Dual Education System Executed through Collaboration between Vocational Education Institutions and Industrial Business Enterprises
Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงาน และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีระดับปริญญาตรีของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาร่วมกับสถานประกอบการธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานในปัจจุบันโดยรวม ให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยทางการบริหารทั้ง 5 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดได้แก่ ด้านการควบคุมการทำงาน ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีระดับปริญญาตรีของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาร่วมกับสถานประกอบการธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรม พบว่า มีจำนวน 11 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) การติดตามและประเมินคุณภาพของผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ในระบบทวิภาคี 2) ความพร้อมด้านทรัพยากรของสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการในการจัดการระบบทวิภาคี 3) ความคล่องตัวในการดำเนินการเสนอหลักสูตรทวิภาคีเพื่อขออนุมัติ 4) การมีหน่วยงานทวิภาคี ที่เป็นองค์กรอิสระโดยมีทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นกรรมการทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน 5) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรด้านวิชาชีพ ให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง 6) นักศึกษาได้รับการฝึกประสบการณ์อาชีพที่ตรงกับสาขาที่เรียน 7) ความชัดเจนในเรื่องนโยบายการจ่ายค่าตอบแทนให้กับนักศึกษาที่มาฝึกประสบการณ์อาชีพ 8) การประเมินเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี 9) ความรู้ ความเข้าใจในด้านกฎหมาย และกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี 10) การจัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศอย่างเป็นระบบ ทันสมัย และถูกต้อง และ11) การจัดโครงสร้างกำหนดกลุ่มงาน และผู้รับผิดชอบดำเนินงานทวิภาคีที่ชัดเจน โดยทั้ง 11 ปัจจัย สามารถทำนายความสำเร็จในการบริหารการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ระดับปริญญาตรีของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาร่วมกับสถานประกอบการธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมได้ร้อยละ 58.1 (R2=.581)
