The Development of a Training Course for Vocational Teachers to Develop Instructions in Portable Devices by using Authoring System Model
Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินความเหมาะสมรูปแบบการพัฒนาระบบนิพนธ์บทเรียน สำหรับสร้างบทเรียนบนอุปกรณ์พกพา 2) เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา ในการสร้างบทเรียนบนอุปกรณ์พกพาตามรูปแบบระบบนิพนธ์บทเรียน กลุ่มเป้าหมายการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าแผนกวิชา ครูผู้สอน และผู้เรียน โดยเลือกตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการแก้ปัญหาในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานของการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้ 2) ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมครูในการสร้างบทเรียนบนอุปกรณ์พกพา พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ ทักษะ และกิจนิสัยที่ดีเกี่ยวกับการสร้างบทเรียนบนอุปกรณ์พกพาประกอบด้วย 8 หัวข้อเรื่อง ที่มีองค์ประกอบคือ เนื้อหา สื่อ กิจกรรม และการประเมินผลของแต่ละเรื่อง ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมได้ประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบ CIPP Model ได้ผลดังนี้ 1) การประเมินบริบท พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ได้ผลการประเมินความสอดคล้องระหว่างจุดประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรมกับองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ของหลักสูตรมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องสูง และผลการนำหลักสูตรไปทดลองใช้ ปรากฏว่าค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80 – 0.85 และได้ค่าคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ภาคทฤษฎี มีค่า E1/E2 เท่ากับ 83.64/82.07 และภาคปฏิบัติมีค่าร้อยละ 81.67 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมระดับมากที่สุด 3) การประเมินกระบวนการ เป็นการประเมินผลการนำหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมไปใช้จริงกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย พบว่า คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ภาคทฤษฎีมีค่า E1/E2 เท่ากับ 85.44/83.78 และภาคปฏิบัติ มีค่าร้อยละ 84.27 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อการฝึกอบรมระดับมากที่สุด และ 4) การประเมินผลผลิตโดยการติดตามความพึงพอใจ พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าแผนกวิชา และนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บทเรียนบนอุปกรณ์พกพาในระดับมากที่สุด จากผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมทุกรายการเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดหลักสูตรจึงมีประสิทธิภาพตามสมมติฐานของการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้
