Applied Science and Engineering Progress
Applied Science and Engineering Progress (ISSN: 2672-9156, E-ISSN: 2673-0421) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, open access scientific journal, free of charge, published by King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) since 2008. Applied Science and Engineering Progress published original research articles, reviews, and editorial corner in areas of applied science and engineering. The journal also publishes high quality and peer-reviewed papers presented at conference hosted/co-hosted by KMUTNB to expand the research connection between scientists and engineers. Applied Science and Engineering Progress also aims to introduce research progress of applied science and achievements of engineering development to the world community by demonstrating the significance of research investigations and demonstrations. Accepted manuscript to Applied Science and Engineering Progress will be published every quarter in PDF formats (March, June, September, and December).

We are honored to invite you to attend the 2022 Research, Invention, and Innovation Congress (RI2C 2022) that will be held on 4 - 5 August 2022 via the virtual conference, organised by King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB).
Our last RI2C conferences were held in Bangkok in 2019 (Arnoma Grand Hotel Bangkok) and 2021 (Virtual). The RI2C 2022 virtual conference will continue to hold and exchange academic activities with high standards.
The RI2C 2022 offers opportunity for peer-researchers for submission and presentation of research works in three main categories, including i) Innovative Materials Engineering (iME), ii) Innovative Electricals and Electronics (iEE), and iii) Innovative Sustainable Sciences (iSS).

Scope of Special issue
Recently, it is very essential to expand knowledge about advanced materials, recent manufacturing processes, and technologies to broaden its application range. This special issue focuses on recent developments, and modern processing technologies in advanced materials like metals/metal composites, ceramics/ceramic composites, polymers/polymer composite, implant materials, biomaterials, and tissue engineering.
Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted to Editorial Manager (EM) submission powered by Elsevier and Aries. All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a double-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published in the special issue of the journal. Original research and review articles are invited with a minimum of 8 pages as per the journal template. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (including conference proceedings papers).
