The Training of Managing System Development about Collaborative Learning in Vocational Education Commission Institutions

Abstract


The objectives of this research aimed to 1) develop and evaluate the efficiency of the efficiency of Collaborative Learning from the head of institution in vocational education commission and 2) development and the evaluation of the curriculum efficiency for the training curriculum managing system developing about Collaborative Learning in vocational education commission institutions. A result of the research can summarize into 1) The result of the evaluation according to the comprehension of the managing system development about Collaborative Learning in vocational education commission institutions that develops according to apply for the system theory , including 1. Input, the process of organizing the committees and planning how to apply the curriculum 2. Process, the process of applying the curriculum, including; director, teachers, workplaces and student 3. Output, the process of following up the result, including; director, teachers , workplaces and students which have the exporters and another person involved. Those of that found out that the managing system developing about Collaborative Learning in vocational education commission institutions are comprehensive in a very good level. 2) The result of development and seeking the curriculum efficiency for the training of curriculum managing system developing in institution of vocational education commission that develops such as the objectives of curriculum training, qualified of trainer, the amount of register, how the training is and the documents for training included the handbook of Collaborative Learning for institutions and the curriculum of teaching technique. It is the duty for teacher to make a lesson plan which is the result of evaluating for the efficiency of Collaborative Learning from the head of institution in vocational education commission and another officer involved. They agreed that the handbook of Collaborative Learning for institutions was advance level and the result for efficiency evaluation according to CIPP method such as the result of environment analysis from professor that find out that the topic for training and the objectives for training are conformed in a high level. The result of the basic factors are conformed in a high level and conformed in every units. The results of using curriculum found out that the theory percentage 84.37/83.12 and practical percentage 79.99. The result of the processing found out that the achievement of the curriculum theory 82.95/81.65 and practicing 80.32 which is high more that standard.
